FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • We are open from 8 AM to 9 PM. Please check the schedule for class times and be sure to arrive 5-10 mins before the class starts.

    Our café is open all day, serving coffee, juice, shakes, smoothie bowls and toast.

  • Bring a water bottle, a towel and a positive attitude with you for every class.

    As a beginner you can come to any class, we have equipment available for students (such as boxing gloves and shin guards)

    Once you are a regular practitioner it is advised to invest in your own equipment:

    Boxing gloves (for hygiene), hand wraps and mouth guard for any striking class. For any class that involves kicking (Kickboxing, Kun Khmer, MMA) shin guards are also required.

    For Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes a gi is required. Gi’s will be available for rent soon.

    For yoga classes it's advised to bring your own yoga mat, but not mandatory. Our mats support all yoga poses.

  • Yes, we have martial arts and yoga classes running during the week and on the weekends. Check our schedule for the latest times.

    For all yoga and meditation classes kids are welcome to join their parents if they desire to follow the practice.

  • Our kids classes are suitable for kids between 8 and 14 years old. Kids age 14-16 are free to join both kids or adult classes, whatever they feel most comfortable with.

  • Yes! Everyone starts as a beginner. Our practices are suitable for complete beginners and advanced practitioners. We do have a few advanced classes on the schedule, if you feel brave you can always join.

    The pace of the practice will be higher than usual, if that doesn’t scare you feel free to immerse yourself in the experience.

    We do advise you to notify the teacher if it is your first class ever.

  • We believe that anybody with a strong desire to learn should have the opportunity to do so.
    We believe in service and doing good things. If you have a child that really wants to train we have limited spots available for “scholarships”. We do have some special requirements to make sure we give these limited spots to the right people.

    These students are expected to show up for classes consistently and will be asked to help out in the gym. This can be cleaning the mats daily, maintaining the garden or helping out in the kitchen as a form of karma yoga.

  • If you are living in Siem Reap, you can always have a free trial class. Taste the magic, before you begin your journey.

  • The simple answer is yes. You can always pay the walk-in fee per class. Next to the walk-in fee we offer weekly and monthly unlimited packages. All classes are included in the unlimited packages. For kids we have a package for kids classes only.

  • At any time of the day an Ice Bath can be prepared at a charge of $20/200kg or $30/300kg. You can order at the restaurant or at the gym. Delivery of ice usually takes about 30 minutes. It is best to order it before a class, so you can jump right in after.

    We also offer an ice plunge after every warrior movement session, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 12 noon. This is $2.5p/p.
